My Thoughts On The Episode:
Yet another hilarious episode from the writers of Supernatural, BRAVO! What an awesome way to use a filler episode and what a story to make a monster out of! I loved it! However, on a different note I am getting tired of the Sam/Amelia flashbacks. Seriously, just have Sam go home and see Amelia and go from there but the flashbacks are annoying in the middle of an episode as well as portraying Sam to be this sad guy all the time.
This episode makes me remember why I love Cas so much! He was hilarious with the becoming a hunter stuff, playing bad cop, and watching cartoons for the first time. Although, he is trying to shut of the angel airwaves to avoid dealing with this mysterious Naomi angel. Yet another subject that we have a long time to wait for the answer to, although I would hate for it to end in yet another betrayal for Dean considering all that him and Cas have already been through. And Sam wanting to kill Dean’s vampire friend, Benny isn’t going to end well either. By the sound of it, the Spectra laid it all out there, Dean would choose Benny over this brother because of the amount of betrayal his brother has shown Dean. As we all hope that doesn’t end up happening, you really never know with Supernatural.
But all in all, this was a great episode. Even though it had no ties to the original storyline that they are currently creating for this season, it worked and it worked well. Now I just want to see more of Benny, because I think I’ve developed a crush on him. Supernatural sure does know how to pick some sexy people to play the characters they create. I mean look at Dean, Sam, Castiel, Papa Winchester, and now Benny? Someone on that casting staff has good taste!
